We invest in our staff through ongoing training and professional development opportunities. Each member of staff undertakes an intensive induction and training programme before they commence employment and we only employ dedicated individuals with a passion for care. Our practical training session include safeguarding, moving and handling, hoisting equipment and First Aid.

All the staff are registered nurses (RGN), and NVQ trained Carers who are taken through theory and practical training in safeguarding, medication lifting and, handling and using hoisting equipment.

All our staff are fully vaccinated against the COVID-19 virus.
