Task Healthcare provides palliative care services across London for those suffering from life-threatening illnesses. We also provide Reablement Care; this is an intensive short-support to help people to relearn daily skills and regain confidence to live independently.We are based in and around East London and Essex area for the most part but also provide services to clients in Enfield and Dartford. We have strong connections within the local community. Our senior staff comprises of experienced and qualified nurses and carers. We have seen firsthand what happens at different stages of the care journey. This gives us the experience to guide our local managers and carers sharing advice and insight to help develop the great work we’re doing on a daily basis.
